Very organized, Tom went over in detail what was to be maintenance service and cost. Tom then brought a loaner car for my use. He called me when car was ready for pickup at my convenience. Car was clean and ready when I arrived. Tom then went over the work performed and the bill.

Top Quality Service Department for all my Land Rovers. Fair and honest assessment and sent me pictures with estimates of work recommended. Easy process via phone and text. The tech who worked on my car is one of the best on the East Coast and offered his true professional opinion on items that needed work.

The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the person in charge of the loaners needs to be MORE friendly to the customers, she's doesn't have what you need for that position,I use that dealership for about 13 years and she's needs to go to customers service classes
had an excellent experience. Set up my appointment online and needed a loaner. Set up my appointment and they needed to push it by 6 hours to ensure I had access to a loaner, but they called me the day before to let me know and make sure that worked for me, which was nice. Most dealerships let you show up and then scramble for alternatives. Amanda and Tom we’re great to deal with.
Land Rover in Rockland is great dealer. They provide excellent service and all work done on my car was completed exactly as they said it would be.

The service dept. is top notch, from the manger Joe to Tom, Mark, Dean and the techs. I have worked with them for years and have always been treated very well. I would not take my Jaguar or Land River anywhere else for service.
Everytime I come here I have a great experience, but having Dean today made it even better! I am super apprehensive about all things car- but I learned so much from Dean, and got more fixed than I even came in for. I will definitely come here for all my Land Rover needs forever now. Thanks again!

Just bought a used Evoque and went to Land Rover Rockland for the first time. Only needed an oil change but got so much more! The service provided by Mark and Amanda was truly excellent. They topped off the coolant, looked over the whole vehicle, showed me a bunch of features on the car. My car was ready on time and super clean!

I was back for the second visit bc nothing was done at my last visit. The text communication offer was good but it would be better if they actually respond in a timely manner. The car had to be there 2 days and was never told that would be the case and I asked for wipers to be done and were not done and had to be installed while I wait. Love the sales department at Hanover but service has been less than satisfactory for sure..
The service manager, I believe his name was Dean, but was very professional and was very helpful in the technician Eric found the problem. My car within five minutes and within one hour I was driving away with the car totally repaired. Great dealership great repair service highly recommend recommend thank you very much satisfied customer Rick.

Service was well done and everyone is pleasant and professional. 90K service, tire rotation and EVAP pump replacement were all done with my one scheduled service daye.
Brought my Defender in today to have the drivers side window controls fixed, the oil changed and the sun roof fixed. All finished in 4 hours. Haven’t seen this happen in years with other service centers!
